By creating an EcoWise resident account, you agree to
provide accurate and truthful information regarding your
identity, address, and waste collection reports.
1. Accurate Information
Residents must provide correct registration information,
including their name, address, zone, and contact details.
2. Waste Reports
Waste reports submitted through EcoWise must be legitimate
and related to actual waste collection concerns.
False, duplicate, or misleading reports may result in
account penalties.
3. Collection Compliance
Residents are expected to properly present their waste
during scheduled collection and follow applicable
barangay waste management guidelines.
4. Account Offenses
Violations may result in reward-point deductions and
offense records. Reaching three offenses may result in
account deactivation, subject to barangay review and
reactivation procedures.
5. Account Information
Residents are responsible for keeping their account
credentials secure and must not share their password
with other individuals.
6. Agreement
By checking the agreement box during registration, you
confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to
these terms and conditions.
